If you manage multiple organizations within Brainance Academy or MD you need to decide which one you want to downgrade. Each organization that you create has its own dedicated subscription plan and pricing scheme. You can select Organization settings/ billing / and select to downgrade to a smaller plan. All downgrades will be activated after the expiration of the then current plan.
