If you manage multiple organizations within Brainance Academy or MD you need to decide which one you want to upgrade. Each organization that you create has its own dedicated subscription plan and pricing scheme. You can select Organization settings/ billing / and select you preferred upgrade scheme. 

All upgrades will be instantly activated after the successful payment process. You are able to move from a monthly plan to an annual plan by selecting the related option on the drop down feature at the billing section.
